Custom Roll Labels
Details that make your design work
Choose white or clear roll labels with gloss or matte laminate. Confirm label size, quantity, roll allocation and any winding requirements using the existing product options.
Chosen for where it will stick
Send a photo of the surface and tell us how the sticker will be used. We recommend a suitable material and adhesive for laptops, bottles, packaging, journals and stationery.
A production issue? You choose the remedy.
Send your order details, photos and video. Once a production issue is confirmed, you can choose a free reprint or a refund. Reporting deadlines and other terms follow our refund policy.
Your original artwork stays yours
Your original design is used only for your order. We do not display it publicly, resell it or use it for another customer without permission. A confidentiality agreement is available on request.
Gloss and matte vinyl can be hand-washed. Outdoor sun exposure requires a suitable UV-resistant material; ask before ordering. Paper and other materials have different care requirements.
Standard orders use a permanent adhesive. Residue-free removal is not promised. If you need a removable adhesive, tell us the surface and removal requirements before production.
Decoration for objects such as journals, stationery and toys; not for direct skin application.
Product details
Order custom roll labels for product packaging in white or clear film, with gloss or matte laminate. Standard priced formats are 2-inch round and 2 × 2-inch square, starting at 100 labels per design.
Materials and finishes
Our white and clear roll labels are waterproof, oil-resistant, and suitable for refrigerated packaging. Choose gloss for a reflective finish or matte for a low-shine finish. Standard clear pricing includes one white-ink layer as a full underlay or selected spot-white areas. Mark the areas to print white and the areas to leave clear in your artwork.
Need removable labels or a writable surface? Add the packaging surface, removal timing, pen or marker type, and writing area to your notes. We will confirm the setup before production.
Roll specifications
- Minimum order: 100 labels per design.
- Core: 3-inch inside diameter (76.2 mm).
- At least 100 labels per roll; roll allocation depends on label size and total quantity. There is no extra charge solely for more than 100 labels on a roll.
- Send inside/outside winding and leading-edge requirements with your design.

Production begins after payment and final proof approval and typically takes 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. Shipping transit time is separate; rush production is available by request.
Standard shipping to the United States is free for roll label orders. Taxes and any applicable import charges follow the shipping policy. A single material sample is free, with $7 sample shipping.

For other sizes, custom shapes, unlisted quantities, additional white-ink layers, effects or multiple designs, send your requirements for a quote. Standard prices apply only to the exact listed configuration.

Free digital proofs let you check size, layout and cut lines. We flag small text, fine lines and low-resolution artwork, and help with adjustments.
Free physical sample checks
We make a physical sample free of charge and share photos or video for approval. If you would like the sample mailed to you, you pay the shipping cost.

Original files are used only for your order. Ask us about a confidentiality agreement if needed.
A clear timeline from approval to dispatch
Production
Usually 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. Die-cut stickers and sticker packs enter production on the next business day.
Shipping
YunExpress transit is usually 8–15 calendar days after dispatch. Shipping time is separate from production time.

Ask about custom runs from 10 stickers per design and multiple designs in one order. Online quantities, combination rules and minimums for sheets, packs and roll labels follow their product pages.
The prices and minimum quantities in the product selector stay applicable. Custom sizes, combinations and larger runs are quoted individually; no automatic bulk discount is promised.
