Artwork Guidelines

Give your artwork a clear start

Share the highest-quality original file you have. We will review your artwork and confirm whether it is suitable for your chosen sticker before production.

Keep the original file

When possible, include an editable vector file or the original high-resolution artwork. Avoid screenshots, compressed previews and images enlarged from a small source.

Tell us the finished size

Include the width and height you want, with units. Keep small lettering and fine details large enough to remain readable at that size.

Explain the cut and border

Let us know whether you want a border, a close cut around the artwork or a specific shape. We will show the proposed cut line in your proof. Keep important details away from the edge and allow room for trimming.

Describe special effects

For transparent, holographic or other specialty materials, identify which areas should show the material effect and which should print opaque. We will confirm the available treatment before you approve the proof.

Check colour expectations

Screens and printed materials display colour differently. A digital proof is used to review the layout and cut line; it is not an exact physical colour sample. Tell us if matching a specific brand colour is important.

Review before approving

Check the text, orientation, dimensions, quantity, material and cut line. Please use artwork you created or have permission to reproduce.
