How does the proof process work?

After we receive your artwork and order details, we review the file and prepare a digital proof showing the planned cut line, placement and production setup. Production begins only after the proof is approved.

Can I request changes to the proof?

Yes. If something needs adjusting, reply with your requested changes before approval. Once a proof is approved and production begins, changes might no longer be possible.

What artwork files can I send?

Send the highest-quality original file available. PNG, JPG, WEBP, PDF, PSD, AI and SVG are useful formats. Vector artwork is preferred when available.

How fast do you produce orders?

Orders are scheduled to dispatch within 5 business days after payment and proof approval. Shipping transit time depends on the destination.

Is standard shipping free?

Free standard shipping is available to supported destinations shown at checkout. Express options may be available for selected destinations.

Can I order a small sample first?

Selected sticker styles include a 10-piece sample option. Sample availability is shown on the product page.

What if I am not sure which material to choose?

Die cut vinyl is a practical all-purpose option. Holographic and glitter finishes add shine, while clear vinyl lets the surface underneath become part of the design. Contact us if you want help matching a finish to your artwork.

When should I upload my artwork?

You can upload artwork on the product page before adding the item to cart. If you prefer, you can send the artwork after checkout and include your order number.
