Proofing & Artwork Approval

Every custom sticker order is reviewed before production. Our proofing process is designed to confirm the production setup before your stickers are made.

1. Send your artwork

Upload your highest-quality file when ordering, or send it after checkout with your order number. Vector files are preferred when available, but high-resolution raster artwork can also be used.

2. We review the file

We check the artwork for production suitability and prepare a digital proof. Depending on the product, the proof can show the cut line, printed area, transparent areas and special-finish placement.

3. Review and request changes

Please check spelling, artwork placement, size, cut line and finish instructions carefully. If you need an adjustment, request it before approving the proof.

4. Approve the proof

Production starts after proof approval. Changes requested after approval may not be possible once production has started.

5. Production and dispatch

Orders are scheduled to dispatch within 5 business days after payment and proof approval. Transit time varies by destination and shipping service.
