Roll label orders

Standard shipping to the United States is free for roll label orders. This covers standard delivery charges; applicable taxes and import charges are separate.

For roll labels, send your design and specifications to sales@sproutstickers.com or use our online chat before payment. A digital proof is available without an upfront payment. We confirm your specifications and quote before arranging payment. Production begins after payment and final digital proof approval and typically takes 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. Shipping transit time is separate. Contact us for rush availability.

A single roll-label material sample is free, with $7 shipping. This is a material sample, rather than a custom printed proof or full roll.

Shipping rates

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum spend, to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the 27 EU member countries, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. Other supported destinations cost US$7 per order. See our shipping details and excluded destinations.

Proofs and production for other sticker products

The following 3–5-business-day production estimate and same-business-day first-proof estimate do not apply to roll label orders. Use the roll-label schedule above.

After payment and final proof approval, die-cut stickers and sticker packs enter production on the next business day and usually take 3–5 business days. Sticker sheets usually take 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. We provide the first digital proof on the same business day that we receive complete, usable artwork. Shipping via YunExpress usually takes 8–15 calendar days after dispatch.

Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. The time needed for artwork revisions and customer approval is not included in the production time stated above. Transit estimates are not guaranteed delivery dates.

EU destinations with free standard shipping

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Cyprus, Czechia, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain and Sweden. Separately listed overseas territories are not automatically included.

Destinations we do not serve

Belarus, Brazil, Comoros, Falkland Islands, Iran, Kiribati, Mayotte, Myanmar, Nauru, Niue, Saint Helena, Tajikistan, Tokelau and United States Minor Outlying Islands. Checkout availability also depends on supported addresses and services.
