Roll label orders

For roll labels, send your design and specifications to sales@sproutstickers.com or use our online chat before payment. A digital proof is available without an upfront payment. We confirm your specifications and quote before arranging payment. Production begins after payment and final digital proof approval and typically takes 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. Shipping transit time is separate. Contact us for rush availability.

For a roll-label proof, confirm the finished dimensions, shape, cut outline, printed areas and any white ink. Include the 3-inch core requirement, inside/outside winding and the edge that should lead off the roll. Removable or writable requirements must be described in your notes and confirmed before production.

Every custom sticker order is reviewed before production. Our proofing process is designed to confirm the production setup before your stickers are made.

Standard proofing steps for other sticker products

For roll labels, use the pre-payment design submission and production timing above.

1. Send your artwork

Email your highest-quality file to sales@sproutstickers.com after checkout with your order number. If an upload field is available when ordering, you can use it instead. Vector files are preferred when available, but high-resolution raster artwork can also be used.

2. We review the file

We check the artwork for production suitability and prepare a digital proof. Depending on the product, the proof can show the cut line, printed area, transparent areas and special-finish placement.

3. Review and request changes

Please check spelling, artwork placement, size, cut line and finish instructions carefully. If you need an adjustment, reply to the proof email before approving it.

4. Approve the proof

Production starts after payment and your final proof approval. Changes requested after approval may not be possible once production has started.

5. Production and dispatch

After payment and final proof approval, die-cut stickers and sticker packs enter production on the next business day and usually take 3–5 business days. Sticker sheets usually take 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. We provide the first digital proof on the same business day that we receive complete, usable artwork. Shipping via YunExpress usually takes 8–15 calendar days after dispatch.
