How to Order

Roll label orders

For roll labels, send your design and specifications to sales@sproutstickers.com or use our online chat before payment. A digital proof is available without an upfront payment. We confirm your specifications and quote before arranging payment. Production begins after payment and final digital proof approval and typically takes 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. Shipping transit time is separate. Contact us for rush availability.

Choose the size, shape, white or clear material, gloss or matte laminate, and quantity. The minimum is 100 labels per design. For clear labels, mark white-ink areas and areas that should stay transparent. Include winding, leading-edge, removable or writable requirements in your notes.

Other custom sticker orders

The following standard sticker workflow and production estimate apply to products other than roll labels. Use the roll-label instructions above for roll orders.

1. Tell us about your project

Choose the sticker style, size, material and quantity you need. If you are unsure, share where and how the stickers will be used so we can discuss suitable options.

2. Share your artwork

Email your design to sales@sproutstickers.com, including your order number after checkout, together with any notes about the cut shape, border, finish or transparent areas. Our artwork guidelines can help you prepare your files.

3. Review your digital proof

We provide a free digital proof for review before printing. Check the spelling, dimensions, cut line and layout carefully, and tell us if anything needs adjusting.

4. Approve for production

After payment and final proof approval, die-cut stickers and sticker packs enter production on the next business day and usually take 3–5 business days. Sticker sheets usually take 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. We provide the first digital proof on the same business day that we receive complete, usable artwork. Shipping via YunExpress usually takes 8–15 calendar days after dispatch. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Artwork changes requested after approval may require a new proof and restart the production schedule.

5. Follow your delivery

Standard shipping is free, with no minimum spend, to the United States, Australia, New Zealand, the 27 EU member countries, Japan, South Korea, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Singapore, Indonesia and the Philippines. Other supported destinations cost US$7 per order. See our shipping details and excluded destinations.
