Shipping rates

Standard tracked shipping is free, with no minimum spend, for eligible destinations. Current free-shipping destinations include the United States, the United Kingdom, and European destinations available at checkout, Brazil, Australia, Canada, New Zealand, Switzerland, Mexico, Japan, South Korea, the Philippines, Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Israel. Other supported destinations cost US$7 per order. The rate shown at checkout is the final delivery charge for the entered address.

Taxes and duties

US & Europe taxes are included in product prices. For other destinations, free shipping covers only delivery charges. Local import taxes, customs duties or handling charges may be charged by the destination country after dispatch and are the customer's responsibility unless stated otherwise at checkout.

Carrier, tracking and timing

Standard tracked shipping usually takes 8–15 calendar days after dispatch. The carrier is selected by destination and service availability. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed dates. Need it sooner? Contact us before ordering for an express-shipping upgrade; we will confirm availability and the additional charge.

Proofs and production

Die-cut stickers, sticker packs, sticker sheets and roll labels usually take 3–5 business days after payment and final proof approval. We provide the first digital proof on the same business day that we receive complete, usable artwork. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays. Artwork revisions and time spent waiting for approval are additional.

Roll label orders

For roll labels, send your design and specifications to sales@sproutstickers.com or use online chat before payment. A digital proof and quote are confirmed before payment. Production begins after payment and final proof approval; transit is separate. Contact us for rush availability.

A single roll-label material sample is free, with shipping charged separately. It is a material sample, not a custom printed proof or full roll.
